comunidad se trata de relaciones entre individuos, vecinos, contratistas, propietarios e inquilinos, peque\u00f1as empresas e instituciones acad\u00e9micas. El litigio es contradictorio, desagradable, lento y costoso. Las disputas son a menudo el resultado de malentendidos y malas comunicaciones. Los problemas en disputa casi siempre pueden resolverse sent\u00e1ndose cara a cara con la otra parte, reconociendo lo que sali\u00f3 mal y tratando de solucionarlo. No hay duda de que a veces es necesario un juez o un jurado para resolver una disputa.
