Es un enfoque basado en valores para la construcci\u00f3n de comunidades y la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. La JR crea oportunidades para el di\u00e1logo, la transformaci\u00f3n de conflictos y la reparaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os mediante el uso de la resoluci\u00f3n colaborativa de problemas. Al mejorar la responsabilidad, dar voz a la persona perjudicada y fortalecer las relaciones, podemos transformar los conflictos y reparar los da\u00f1os. Esto potencia el cambio y el crecimiento, crea entornos de aprendizaje m\u00e1s justos y equitativos y reconoce que las relaciones son fundamentales para construir una comunidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La RJ es apropiada en familias, escuelas, comunidades, sistemas de justicia y organizaciones comunitarias.
