Conferencia restaurativa <\/span>Proporciona caminos, estructuras y oportunidades para la construcci\u00f3n de comunidades futuras. <\/span>es una reuni\u00f3n estructurada entre los delincuentes, las v\u00edctimas y los familiares y amigos de ambas partes, durante la cual se abordan las consecuencias del delito o incidente y se toman decisiones sobre la mejor manera de reparar el da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>

La conferencia es un m\u00e9todo de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas que tiene en cuenta las necesidades de las v\u00edctimas y permite a los participantes abordar sus problemas.\u00a0<\/span>No se trata de asesoramiento ni de mediaci\u00f3n, sino de una oportunidad para que las v\u00edctimas y otras personas sean escuchadas; confronten al agresor, expresen sus sentimientos y tengan voz y voto en el resultado.<\/span><\/p>
