los siguientes servicios a familias y amigos, clubes y grupos sociales, escuelas, organizaciones y empresas de acuerdo con las pr\u00e1cticas est\u00e1ndar y los valores y principios de la Justicia Restaurativa:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitaci\u00f3n de c\u00edrculos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 mediante un proceso circular, el personal y los voluntarios de MMC capacitados en pr\u00e1cticas restaurativas facilitar\u00e1n reuniones para ayudar a su grupo a construir o fortalecer relaciones o abordar inquietudes espec\u00edficas en un entorno seguro y colaborativo<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conferencia restaurativa*<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 cuando un conflicto ha afectado las relaciones y\/o ha ocurrido un da\u00f1o espec\u00edfico, el personal\/voluntarios de MMC facilitar\u00e1n un proceso restaurativo para permitir la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, la restituci\u00f3n, la reparaci\u00f3n de las relaciones y la restauraci\u00f3n del equilibrio en la comunidad.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Cuando se utilizan en un entorno de justicia penal, los procesos de Conferencia Restaurativa a menudo se denominan Conferencias entre V\u00edctimas y Delincuentes (VOC) o Mediaci\u00f3n entre V\u00edctimas y Delincuentes (VOM).<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacitaci\u00f3n en justicia restaurativa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 MMC ofrece presentaciones, talleres pr\u00e1cticos y capacitaci\u00f3n a escuelas, organizaciones y empresas que buscan comprender los conceptos b\u00e1sicos de la justicia restaurativa.
