Divorce &
Family Mediation

Mountain Mediation offers Utah family mediation for conflicts surrounding Divorce/Separation, Child Custody, and more.

Family discussions can be challenging and differences in communication might make it hard to reach an agreement. Having a mediator present can make it easier to have productive conversations.

A mediator can help you sort out the details that need to be discussed, such as custody modifications, reaching co-parenting agreements, navigating parent-teen relationships, and elder issues.

Family Mediation

Mountain Mediation offers Family Mediation Consultations. These are a 1-hour meeting with both parties to discuss the family mediation process and what type of information is helpful or necessary for a successful mediation.

This is not a mediation session, but a consultation about the process and documentation that will be needed for a fruitful mediation, as well as an opportunity to meet to determine whether the mediator and the parties will work well together.

Family Mediation Pilot Program

Mountain Mediation’s Family Mediation Pilot Program aims to provide high-quality domestic mediation services to underserved and modest means populations in our community who often lack access to affordable, effective dispute resolution options.

The goal of this program is to develop a strong domestic mediation community in the Wasatch Back, and we have recruited top-notch domestic mediators to pioneer this process.

Our team possesses a combine 50+ years of experience in family law and mediation. Learn more about them by clicking on the images below!
