Mountain Mediation offers family mediation for conflicts surrounding Divorce/Separation, Child Custody, and more.
Family discussions can be challenging and differences in communication might make it hard to reach an agreement.
Having a mediator present can make it easier to have productive conversations. They can help you sort out the details that need to be discussed, such as custody modifications, reaching co-parenting agreements, navigating parent-teen relationships, and elder issues.
Family Mediation Consultation
Mountain Mediation offers Family Mediation Consultations, a 1-hour meeting with both parties to discuss the family mediation process and what type of information is helpful or necessary for a successful mediation.
This is not a mediation session, but a consultation about the process and documentation that will be needed for a fruitful mediation, as well as an opportunity to meet to determine whether the mediator and the parties will work well together.
